Acceptance

By placing an order with Take GED Exam (Company), you, being the customer, agree that our following terms and conditions bind you. If you disagree with our terms, then there is no need to hire our service and leave the site. All our services are eligible for students who are 18 years old. By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to all the terms mentioned. With the execution of this document, you legally obligate yourself and the company.

Service Description

We provide support for academic courses and exams through our online services. This includes help with assignments, quizzes, tests, discussion boards, projects, and other certifications. Our main goal is to help students get success in their studies by offering them professional tools and support.

Academic Integrity

We obey all standards of academic integrity and want our customers to follow them, too. Although all our services are designed to provide direction and support, we want our clients to use them ethically and honestly. By hiring our services, you take full responsibility for how you use them. We do not encourage any dishonesty or cheating.

This means you accept any problems that might happen, such as legal issues, academic probation, losing scholarships, failing grades, suspension, or other punishments. You understand these possible outcomes if you use the content in the wrong way.

Confidentiality

Our website automatically collects basic information about visitors, like your browser type, the time of your visit, and the operating system you use. This data is used to improve and optimize our website content, and it is never sold or shared with third parties. As a customer, you agree to provide all personal data requested by the Company (our Privacy Policy protects your data).

Communication and Timeliness

Successful collaboration depends on effective communication. Clear and complete instructions, explanations or specific sources are essential to completing the order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their exam requirements. However, we will do our best to provide services on time without any delay except for circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property:

The Brand owns all rights to its services, including trademarks, logos, content, and materials. You are not allowed to use, copy, share, or change any of these without first getting written permission from the brand.

b) Content

Using our services permits us to use any information you share with us as needed to provide the service.

Revision Policy

We aim to provide you with the highest level of support and meet your academic requirements. We offer a review policy; if you are not satisfied with the assistance you receive, you can request a review within a specified time frame. However, changes will be made as per the original instructions. We will follow the original requirements; any new or additional requirement should be clarified initially when hiring our service.

Secure Payment System

We get all our payments via secure online payment systems and pair a tutor for your exam only after we get a full description of the order and the complete upfront payment.

You will need to make an additional payment if there is a contradiction between the order options and the order instructions (for example, the number of questions/papers the customer is paying. If the Customer does not make an additional payment, the company reserves the right not to take the test. If this happens, the Money paid will be kept as a credit for future orders, and refund requests will not be accepted. The customer must provide a valid email address or WhatsApp details, as keeping in contact while taking the papers is essential. The company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by spam filters, lack of internet access, or incorrect email addresses.

Refunds
The customer can request a 100% refund in the following circumstances:

Tests cannot be taken due to company reasons. If it is due to the customer's failure to provide full payment or/or explicit, comprehensive instructions, claims for a 100% refund will be denied. If the delay is caused by the customer not giving a full explanation, complete payment, or necessary details, the refund request will be rejected. If the customer mistakenly pays for two or more of the same order, they must tell the administrator and ask for a refund within 12 hours. If not, the Money will be used as credit for future orders.

If a customer requests a chargeback on a completed order, it will be reported to the Cybercrime Complaints Center. The student's ID will be leaked to their institution in this case.

Termination

The company retains the right to stop providing services immediately and without warning. Any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in dishonest or unethical conduct may also have their services terminated.

The company has full rights to change or update any terms and conditions without sending any notification to customers. Therefore, it is a customer's responsibility to check the company's terms regularly to avoid any risk. We will update you on any changes on our term’s agreement page; visit periodically to check updates.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of [jurisdiction] will apply when interpreting these terms and conditions. [Jurisdiction] The court will have the only authority over all disagreements caused by our services.
